Refund policy

 

To return an item, please contact us at info@vireovinyl.com to obtain a return authorization. All records should be returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to arrive in the same condition in which it was shipped. We are not responsible for damage to items that are inadequately packaged or have been mishandled before being returned. Postage refunds, if approved are only for standard mail serices. Include a copy of the return authorization email, your invoice, packing slip, or a note with order details in the parcel. Retunrs should only be sent to the address listed on the invoice.
